AIR RAID TOUR ADDS FIRST FOUR PLAYERS
Coach Mumme and his staff are excited to add the first four players to the Air Raid Tour roster for the Aztec Bowl! A pair of runningbacks, a pass catcher, and an offensive lineman make up the first group of additions to the roster.
Charlotte standout RB Aaron McAllister (5’10”, 216) highlights the first group of additions to the Team USA roster. The third leading rusher in 49er history, McAllister accounted for a total of 2,499 yards and 22 touchdowns in his career. He earned All C-USA Honors as both a runningback and kick returner in 2020.
Former Mississippi State WR Jamal Couch (6’4″, 227) had 304 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns in his freshman and sophomore seasons at the SEC level. He finished his career at East Tennessee State University. RB Jay Palmer (6’0″, 215) of Richmond University accounted for 430 yards and 3 touchdowns in his career as a Spider. William Paterson OL Shay Roberts (6’4″, 320) spent the past few years playing professional indoor football and recently worked out for the XFL.
